Lembaga Restika bergerak diberbagai bidang, salah satunya bidang karya seni. Saat ini telah menghadirkan Alat Tenun Bukan Mesin (ATBM) Jacguar yang merupakan alat tenun pertama di kabupaten Buton Utara (Butur) maupun di pulau Buton

Lembaga Restika, salah satu lembaga di Butur yang mendapatkan bantuan dari kementrian sosial (kemensos) sebesar Rp 50.000.000 di tahun anggaran 2021

Ketua Lembaga Restika, La Ode Sarisi mengatakan ATBM dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah pembuatan kain tenun yang sebelumnya hanya menggunakan alat tenun tradisional atau alat tenun gedokan

“Alat tenun tersebut ada 3 macam antaralain : ATBM Jacguard, ATBM dan Gedokan (Alat tenun tradisional),” ungkap La Ode Sarisi pada Kendariaktual.com, Sabtu, 15/01/2022

“ATBM tersebut telah dilengkapi dengan Jacguard yang berfungsi sebagai pembuat motif pada kain tenun,” tambahnya

Lebih lanjut, sebenarnya harga dari ketiga alat tenun tersebut melebihi dari bantuan yang diberikan

“sifatnya batuan itu kan memberikan ransangan, nantinya yang dibantu itu menutupinya. Kita pertanggungjawabkan bantuan dari pemerintah, jadi saya menambahkan uang pribadi untuk membeli alat tenun tersebut” ujarnya

Terkait dengan pemasaran kain tenun kedepannya, Kata La Ode Sarisi, masih di pasarkan sekitar Butur. Namun pada akhirnya pihaknya akan bekerja sama dengan pengusaha-pengusaha lain yang bergerak dibidang tenunan

“Alhamdulillah dengan adanya bantuan tersebut secara tidak langsung kita sudah membuka lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan, meskipun skalanya masih kecil” ucapnya

Tidak haya itu, saat ini lembaga Restika hanya memiliki satu kartu motif yaitu motif padi

“Untuk motif dikain tenun, kami rasa masi susah karna hanya mempunyai 1 kartu motif. Akan lebih baik lagi kalau mempunyai beberapa kartu motif supaya tenunan yang dihasilkan berfarian motifnya dan Saya berharap pemerintah bisa membatu untuk hal tersebut” tutupnya
